Name: Pietro Maximoff
Canon: Marvel MCU.
Age: 23.
Timeline: Pietro Maximoff’s death in the Battle of Sokovia during Age of Ultron.

Personality: Pietro is a product of his country as well as the era of a post-battle of New York work. He has a desire to do good but his outlook has been shaped by his history and even perhaps twisted his need to do the right thing. A lot of his determination and driving force link back to the “picture” he has in his head. A mental picture of a unexploded Stark missile that had dropped though his parents house that forced him and his sister to hide under the bed for two days while waiting for help. The experience fueled a great hated for American and Tony Stark. By extension the Avengers. A hated that dictated many of his actions later on.
Pietro is sarcastic and flirty, though that’s possibly just how he shows himself in situations where he’s in control or is showing off. He’s cocky and confident when showing off his new found powers in various fights between himself and the avengers. Even when he’s out of his league during the final battle there’s a sense of arrogance and confidence in his powers sometimes to his deremitment.
Wanda: Pietro’s strongest relationship is his twin sister, Wanda. Someone he’d always felt a certain need to “protect” and “be strong for” after the death of their parents.It’s show time and time again in various battles that Pietro is willing to forsake others or the “mission” to protect his sister. It was Pietro who managed to push past his sisters misgivings about working with HYDRA. As he considered the freedom of his own country and freedom from the Avengers was something worth putting himself in danger for. A relationship that remained one of the really only constant things in his life
Ultron: His relationship to Ulton is shown as an untrusting one and certainly seen more as a means to an end. More on the edges of that relationship than ever truly involved in it. If that end was to have Tony Stark and the Avengers defeated. The people he perceived as the “true” Villains. As time goes on that’s shown more and more to be less than the truth. And Pietro is soon seen against the robot as soon as the truth comes out about the various death involving plans the other has.
Avengers/SHIELD : Pietro ultimately dies an Avenger after saving Clint Barton and a civilian's life. Towards the end of the battle there’s a certain level of fondness and approval of what the Avengers really are. A new perspective from the inside out of who they were. The alliance might have come out of a need to fix the situation they’d caused by Wanda’s powers but it was one that Pietro himself had grown fond of. All Pietro wanted to do was save his country, and they were doing that.
“This is Shield? I like this Shield”
Powers: Superhuman Speed: Pietro can run at extreme supersonic speeds, to the point where time is perceived at a slower rate, aiding in his reaction time. He can resist the side effects of moving at these speeds such as friction, reduced oxygen and kinetic impact. He also as a hyper-accelerated metabolic rate.
